The price of a product includes VAT (where applicable) at the current rate chargeable in the United Kingdom. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we may adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.


Product Description

The images are for illustrative purposes only. Every effort is made to ensure the images and colours are accurate but we cannot guarantee the images and colours on your computer are exactly the same as the product we are advertising. Products may vary slightly from those images. We comply with our statutory obligation to ensure that the goods we supply conform to the contract we enter into with you.


Events Outside OF Our Control

We will not be responsible for any failure to perform the contract or delay in its performance which result from any act or event beyond our reasonable control (Events Outside Our Control). Please contact our customer care for more information around what these consist of.

If an Event Outside Our Control takes place and affects the performance of our obligations under the contract between you and us, then we will contact you as soon as we are able, our obligations will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of such event. Where the event delays your delivery, we will arrange a new delivery date with you when the delaying event has passed.


Warranty with Fawns.

Here at Fawns we pride ourselves on quality ensuring all our products are to the highest standards, however if you do have a problem with your product please see the below warranty policy.


Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Fawns

This Limited Warranty applies to Physical Goods, and only physical goods, purchased from Fawns (the “Physical Goods”).

What does this warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Fawns will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves to be defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

Fawns will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new parts. 

How long does coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Fawns is 6 months from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good purchase.

What does this Limited Warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Any faulty goods must be returned to us at your own expense.



Care for your Fawns products

We recommend taking care of your footwear from Fawns to help increase the longevity of the product. However please be aware certain cleaning, polishing or waterproofing products may affect the material of your footwear invalidating your warranty so please select your cleaning products carefully. Shoe products such as cleaners, creams and polishers are to be used at your own discretion. A six month limited warranty is given from fawns on their footwear however please be aware that this covers only manufacturing faults of the physical goods(Footwear).Please see our warranty disclaimer for more information.

We recommend and often find a good quality protector spray for our suede products and for leather products a clean cloth and water often does the trick. Any questions or queries please contact our support team via our contact form.


To return footwear please be aware that you have 30 days from the purchase date to return or exchange footwear. Footwear cannot be returned if the follow applies, no box, footwear has been worn, dust bags missing or damaged, footwear damaged, damaged box.

Footwear returned for exchanges including size and colour are to be returned at your own expense and for warranty claims please see our Terms and Conditions page or contact our customer care team found on the CONTACT US page.

Complimentary Gifts 

Please be aware the FREE gifts we may offer with our products must be returned if the shoes you have purchased are returned. If you fail to retuned the free gift which was part of your order, you will be charged the amount of the FREE gift plus VAT. This value will be deducted from your refund, please note if you are exchanging a product (Shoes), you may keep the FREE gift as the value of your order has not been altered.
